  1. 状态机:normal → degrade → rollback → recover → normal(事件:门越界/漂移确认/性能告警/安全违规)。
  2. 降级策略
    • 模型侧:切稳健代理(Huber/分位回归)、禁用不稳定算子、启用保守区间;
    • 数据侧:隔离高风险切片、收紧质量门、缩短窗口;
    • 路径侧:切全带/短窗或提高守卫(不违反 Δell 上限)。
  3. 回退执行:锁定 *-lock 稳定版本,校验 sha256 + 签名,保持 I/O 契约与覆盖口径不变;灰度回放后放量。
  4. 恢复验证:/validate 通过 G1–G8,性能/质量满足 SLA/SLO 与阈值,再切回 normal。

VII. 路径量统一口径(Normative Path Forms)

诊断/回退前按“时间→路径→相位”对齐;数组满足 len(gamma_ell)=len(d_ell)=len(n_eff)≥2;回显 delta_form;全程 I70-dim_check,要求 p_dim = 1.0
